Reports To: Cultivation Supervisor

Location: Paris, Ontario

Hours of Work: 40 hours/week, some weekends(hours may change based on operational needs)

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grow sales and manage costs by:

Meeting and striving to exceed production targets daily on the following tasks: cloning, potting and transplanting, designing and maintaining nutrient regiments, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, preventative sprays, trimming, harvesting, drying, packaging, waste disposal;
Ensuring accurate and timely records per Health Canada requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) and Good Production Practices(GPP); tracking physical inventory to ensure matches paper records
Supporting your direct leader/team lead by proactively flagging issues so the fulfillment and Quality Assurance (QA) teams are engaged early on for any production issues that could challenge our bottom line.
Work collaboratively with the Production team and QA by:

Supporting the packaging and shipping functions by being cross trained and keeping updated on processes and practices;
Adhering to all QA practices, processes and direction to ensure all Health Canada requirements are met; continuously review SOPS to keep updated.
Provide exceptional production support by:

Working with your peers and your direct leader/ team lead daily to be the best production team by consistently modeling a positive attitude towards work, being accountable and responsible to daily, weekly and monthly targets and adapting to changes in all tasks where required, which may include being cross trained in oils;
Learning from your direct leader, team lead, peers and utilizing other development available to keep your skills current;
Sharing what you learn for the purposes of process improvement;
Proactively flagging when you have time to complete other tasks;
