Blackberry Kush Issue Indoor Growing

I have a Blackberry Kush Femenized Photo plant that has one leaf that is turning yellow with brown spots. Another leaf on the same stem is also turning yellow. No other signs of this on the plant.
ReplyThe soil is plain organic soil with no nutrients. The pH is 6.5 and the water that runs out the bottom of the bucket also measures a pH of 6.5. I feed her every other day with the following starting this week:
5 mL/Gal Fox Farms Grow Big
15 mL/Gal Fox Farms Big Bloom
2.5 mL/Gal Cal-Mag
1 ml/Gal Silica Blast
3 Tbs Used Coffee Grounds
All mixed with pH balanced water.
Any ideas on what the issue is?
