Beginner recipe for pot brownies. For anyone inexperienced in the kitchen or not used to baking this is an easy recipe to follow. You can add your own ingredients as you wish. This is a basic starter recipe.
ReplyBrownies:
3/4 cup cannabutter
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 ounce finely ground cannabis trim
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
Cannabutter:
- Put oven to 240 F and spread finely ground cannabis evenly over baking sheet and bake for 50mins. 35-40 mins if using less than the recommended amount. Check oven regularily.
- melt butter in saucepan then add the oven baked cannabis and let simmer over low heat for 45 mins.
- strain butter through cheese cloth or fine mesh
Brownies:
- put oven to 350 F, grease glass cooking dish
- add chocolate, of your choice, to mixing bowl then microwave until chocolate has fully melted
- add cannabutter to melted chocolate and mix thoroughly
- pour brownie mix into greased oven dish and bake for 25-30 mins or until the mix is fully cooked through. After baking period, allow brownies to cool for 15 mins then divide them up as you need. They are good in the refrigerator for a week or several months in the freezer.
