This is my First Grow! I went with Black Dog LED 2.5 Kit with upgraded Phytomax-2 400 LED Grow Light. 5 Watt LED's!. Both Autoflower Strains Germinated in 5 Days in Inert Pete/Perlite PH'ed Mix. Use PH'ed Water to 6.3 and Remo Brand Nutrients.

July 1st 2021 in Virginia was the first day to grow up to 4 plants in your primary residence!
Using the Black Dog LED 400W 2.5x2.5 kit I planted 4 seeds into 4 Plastic 4 Inch Starter Pots.
I watered the Pete/Perlite mx and placed each seed 1/2" below the surface, then gave a little more 6.3 PHed tap water to room temp.
Day 4 I fully watered.
Day 5 3 0f 4 Seeds Germinated! Both Candy Cane Auto's and the back Northern Lights Auto
Day 6 First Full Remo Nutrients! Micro, Grow, Velokelp, and Magnifical. .5ml per Gallon into PH 6.3 Water.

Week 2 saw the Candy Cane's sprouting 3rd set of leaves on Day 10. Had my first Full Feeding of Remo Nutes on Day 6. Called Black Dog and was told to switch back to water. Being my 1st grow I got a little anxious to Feed my little girls. Day 9 gave full watering at 6.3 PH'ed tap water at room temp. Using 4 inch x 4 Inch Plastic Pots from Black Dog LED.

At the begging of week 3 I transplanted my 4 little girls into 3 Gal pots. Black Dog LED sent me Plastic instead of the SMART Pots in the kit. They offered to send me the SMART pots but I declined. I watered them in with 1/2 recommended REMO nutrients. After a day of being somewhat down, they perked up and have been growing strong all week in Veg. The Black DOg Grow tent with Phytomax -2 400 are doing great!

I did my first Defoliation in week 4 (Day 31) and all 4 of the autoflowers have responded well. Getting some droopiness in Northern Lights #2. Both Candy Canes are needing fed with 1/2 recommended Remo Nutrients every other day. Candy Cane #1 is 17" Tall with CC#2 and Northern Lights progressively shorter at this point. The Plants are so happy and responding beautifully to the Black Dog LED Phytomax 400's 420 watts.

Week 6 I started measuring the PPM via EC in my Blue Labs Multi Meter that came in the Black Dog LED Tent KIT. My water is a 200 PPM and with Remo Nutes jumps to 1400. I noticed yellow ends of the leaves which I found out may be Nute Burn!
I am still using 50% of the recommended Remo Nutes

I installed an Reverse Osmosis (RO) system in my house for my 4 Auto Girls. After what I believe was Nute burn, my next feeding was RO Water Only. Then the next was 15% Nutes, and last night 25% Nutes all in RO based water. Great Bud formation and I am looking to Harvest in a little over 2 weeks. Smell is getting bad but the Ionizer I put in 3 weeks ago keeps it at a min. Plus the Charcoal filter in my Black Dog Set up absorbs lots of smell. Finally I partially rapped the Tent in Plastic Cling wrap with dryer sheets to combat the slight smell from the tent on the outside of the tent that the Ionizer is not picking up. Very effective! Lastly, I started both PHing an EC measuring the PPM's in the runoff of the plants.

Northern Lights #1 is my smallest Auto Flower but least effected by Nute Burn, is the most fragrant (Smells SO GOOD!) and has the most tightest BUD formation. I also noticed that with the PPM's I measure/record from the runoff, my NL#1 has the highest PPM's.

I am letting my autoflowers go 67 days. I am on Day 60. On day 58 I started flushing the plants. No more Nutrients. My Candy Canes's already have yellowing flowers indicating the buds are now pulling energy from the leaves. Candy Canes are a 7 week autoflower and I am in week 8. Flushing with Reverse Osmosis water PH'ed to 6.3. I am measuring the runoff in hopes to see the nutrients leave the plants. Using the 60X Scope that is provided in the Black Dog LED Kit and see all flowers have clear trichomes. Looking for Milky or yellowing trichomes to tell me time to harvest. My last feeding was at 25% Remo nutes recommendations .
Day 67 I harvested all 4 plants. Trimmed them all and put in Tent on supplied Round Racks by Black Dog LED. After Drying will Cure in Containers provided by Black Dog LED!
